Order changes and cancellations

• Cancellations are possible only before the order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email jana@madebyjana.ca within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item.

• I will review the case and work with you on a solution, such as a repair, a replacement, or another suitable fix.

Final sale

• As of now, we are not accepting returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you need to cancel before shipment, please contact me at jana@madebyjana.ca

Shipping issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

• If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact your local carrier and then email me for guidance.

A 50% deposit may be required for large custom orders, with balance due before shipping.

As a small handmade business, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We cannot be responsible for indirect damages or losses.
